Your order will usually ship within one week, from the day from the date you placed the order. Transit time will vary depending on the shipping method and destination, and lenses surfaced in Germany can take two weeks if all goes well, but generally, your products will arrive in five to seven business days.

Glasses and Prescriptions

With the high quality optics of your new lenses, it should take no more than a day or two if you're using them properly, and they are seated correctly. Please call if you have questions on the usage of your new lenses, or if you're having difficulty with the prescription. Whether it's up close, or at an intermediate distance, or true distance, your need to be looking the the correct part of the lens.
Come in for a tune-up any time during regular hours, and we will be more than happy to adjust your glasses, tighten or replace a screw at no charge. Other components may need replacement down the road, and we can certainly take care of these needs also, usually without leaving your glasses.
Yes! We can do emergency repairs, and part replacements.

You should book an appointment that day or see the nearest doctor.

+ What if I've lost vision in one or more eyes, and I have been seeing flashes of light and floaters?

You should go immediately to the Ottawa Hospital emergency department if you lose vision. You can contact them here. Don't delay if you think you have a problem!

+ What if you are closed and I can't reach you by phone?

We will try to be available by email outside normal office hours, but if you have an emergency, or concern after hours, you should contact The Ottawa Hospital here.
